My interest in massage therapy began when I started to see and experience the benefits of this nurturing alternative therapy in family and friends. I witnessed the benefits of massage including reduced muscle spasms, pain, swelling in extremities, stress relief and promoting flexibility of major joints by range of motion exercises.I myself began receiving massage on a regular basis and also experienced similar results.
After graduating from East-West Collage of The Healing Arts, I emerged as a newly certified therapist in June 2004 and received my license as an LMT in March of 2005. My greatest passion is working with people who are pro-active in learning about the benefits of massage as well as the mind body spirit connection and how these aspects of ourselves play a role in our overall health and well being.
As a massage therapist and facilitator, I am always looking for new ways to enhance the performance of the client/patient.My goal is to assist and guide individuals to freedom from pain using the mind, body, spirit relationship while also meeting immediate treatment needs. I have been a member of the American Massage Therapy Association since 2006.
Adult & Infant CPR & First Aid Certified.
As a dedicated massage therapist and mother of my 11yr old american staffy, I cherish the flexibility and time I am able to spend with my family and also maintain a growing, thriving business. I extend my thanks and gratitude to all who by supporting
